- This does not include a shampoo. Please come with clean, blow-dried hair. If hair is not blow-dried upon arrival, a blow-dry will be provided. - This service is also for locs.

Cancellation Policy

Here at K. Symone Beauty, I am thankful for every client and I take each appointment very seriously. I am known for always being on time and efficient with scheduling for my services. As such, I ask that my clients be on time. If you're running late, please inform me. My grace period is 15 minutes and anything later than that is up to the stylist to take you or reschedule the appointment with a non-refundable deposit. If this is the case, you will still have to book an appointment with the deposit fee. Although highly unlikely, if the stylist has to reschedule your appointment, the deposit will be refunded.
