- Extra deep cleanse shampoo, 15 minutes - Deep conditioner - Hot oil treatment - Hair steam & scalp massage - Protective style (two strands, twist out, define curls, flat iron) - Hand massage - Hot towel - Relaxing music - Light snacks - Aloe vera treatment - Luxury bathrobe for duration of the appointment

Cancellation Policy

Here at K. Symone Beauty, I am thankful for every client and I take each appointment very seriously. I am known for always being on time and efficient with scheduling for my services. As such, I ask that my clients be on time. If you're running late, please inform me. My grace period is 15 minutes and anything later than that is up to the stylist to take you or reschedule the appointment with a non-refundable deposit. If this is the case, you will still have to book an appointment with the deposit fee. Although highly unlikely, if the stylist has to reschedule your appointment, the deposit will be refunded.
